I suspect they think that Muslim and gay people are actually exempt from paying the licence fee, and that's why they kick up such a fuss everytime programming that might appeal to those minorities is shown on the BBC.<br /><br />(Of course, any Muslims and gays wily enough to live to the age of 75 of course DO get a free TV licence, along with anyone else over that age.
