Femtoupdate: Bargwatch

HMV.co.uk are selling Absolutely Everything, the eight disc boxset containing every episode of the best sketch comedy of the 1990s, for a penny under thirteen GBP. It is usually £35.

If you don't buy this, and you don't already own it, you deserve to have your eyes confiscated. That is all.

Got this as a bithday present - it seems to me that, while it's been marketed by Fremantle, the extras etc were put together by Absolutely themselves, who've taken full advantage of the situation. Without spoiling anything, watch the first documentary all the way through, and keep an eye on the scrolling credits

I bought this last time you pointed out its existence to me. I should have waited as I've not watched any of it yet. Still I bought it more as a matter of principle.

Now about time we had Mr Don and Mr George released on their own..

Me too, funnily enough. It's been sitting next to my DVD player in readiness for months, just waiting for an idle few hours, but none of the discs has yet hit the DVD tray. However, were the series to suddenly get repeated on More4, I'd have PVR'ed the lot, and probably watched each episode twice. "I am a lazy git" is probably the main thing to take away from this comment.
